Design by architect Ronald M. Merkadeau of Burlingame, CA. Date of construction c. 1970. Located at 16265 River Road (CA 116) in Guerneville and continues to serve as a bank as of 2015.
Description of branch from newspaper: To be located across the street from the present building, which was built in 1921 for the old Bank of Guerneville, it will feature a spacious lobby and drive-up and walk-up windows. There will be parking for 14 cars. The building will be 4,700 square feet, compared to 1,800 in the present Guerneville branch structure. Construction is planned to start this fall, with completion scheduled for next spring.
